Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> v <br /> 6 A. Based on the March 19, 2002 response from the California State Department of Toxic <br /> Substance Control, Environmental Health Department is recommending that the site <br /> be tested for organochlorine pesticides, such as DDT and metals prior to development. <br /> a"A-d <br /> IK A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study including the proposed parishioners and guests <br /> Aindicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be performed prior to issuance <br /> of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> nitrate loading study is required and a review fee of$ 445.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> t system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> findings of the Soil Suitability Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: Applicant's proposed holding tanks cannot be supported by Environmental Health <br /> Department in violation of San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9- <br /> 1110. <br /> F&M <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
