1
UP-01-09 (Revised) `
State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees, parishioners, and guests the
sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the
leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage
area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain
any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-
1110.4(c)(5)).
Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department
k prior to final occupancy approval. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24
for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly
permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health
Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.).
The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure
delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin
County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health
and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570.
NOTE: Environmental Health Department does not have a permit for the construction of the
existing well. Applicant will need to work with Environmental Health Department staff
(Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S.) related to the requirements of a public
water system in determining if the proposed use of the existing well can meet the
requirements of the California Safe Drinking Water Act.
Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and
inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title,
Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4).
.
