In addition, show on revised plans that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> k prior to final occupancy approval. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 <br /> for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly <br /> permit to operate a public water system will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure,wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Environmental Health Department does not have a permit for the construction of the <br /> existing well. Applicant will need to work with Environmental Health Department staff <br /> (Adrienne Ellsaesser, Lead Senior R.E.H.S.) related to the requirements of a public <br /> water system in determining if the proposed use of the existing well can meet the <br /> requirements of the California Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> .
