In addition, show on revised plans that the leach <br /> j field area will,be barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to final occupancy approval. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department. (Development <br /> Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier-must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br />' delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1,120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Helath and Safety Code Sections 116525 <br /> through 116$,70. <br /> NOTE: The`. nvironmental Health Department does not have a permit for the construction of the <br /> existing well.;,The applicant will need to work with Environmental Health Department staff <br /> (Adrienne Ell.saesser, Lead Senior REHS) related to the requirements of a public water system in <br /> determining i f the proposed use of the existing well can meet the requirements of the California <br /> Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> e. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit, or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department.
