Analysis <br /> Background <br /> On June 14, 2001 the applicants filed Use Permit application UP-01-0009 for a Neighborhood Religious <br /> Assembly facility for'.a maximum seating capacity of 249 people to be built in two phases over five years. <br /> Phase One included the construction of a 6,400 square foot church building and Phase Two included the <br /> construction of a 24,000 square foot multi-purpose room and demolition of the existing single family <br /> residence. The application was approved by the Planning Commission on June 20, 2002 and a one-year <br /> time extension for the project was approved by the Planning Commission on February 19, 2004. The <br /> applicant completed,Phase One of the project on February 1, 2008. However, because of a lack of <br /> funding and the downturn in the economy, building permits for Phase Two were never issued before the <br /> project expired on June 20, 2007. <br /> Revisions of Al2RroOd Actions <br /> The proposed Revisibns of Approved Actions application is to modify Condition of Approval 1.b. for Phase <br /> Two to permit building permits to be issued within 15 years from the date of original approval. if the <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions is granted, the new expiration date for Phase Two will be June 20, 2017, <br /> and all other previously approved conditions of approval will still apply. <br /> i <br /> San Joaquin County UP-01-0009)1Central Valley Baptist Church <br /> Community Development Page 3 <br />
