The septic system <br />' is planned to be abandoned. No records for the septic system were found on file for the Site at San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD), on January 6, 2005. <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> No septic installation permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 6, 2005. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair.Permit History <br /> No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 6, 2005. <br /> . 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed <br /> a 1993 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted <br /> the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 100 <br /> septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> - The general area consists of.agricultural property and small residential parcels. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at <br /> Fl EHD on January 6, 2005: <br /> 3 <br /> P <br />
