The estimate and legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public <br /> Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) . <br /> h. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic: tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the <br /> time of development on Parcel #2 . <br /> d. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development on Parcel #2 . <br /> 3 .
