DEPARTMENT bF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: Bill DuBois, 468-3000) <br /> a. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. <br /> b. The developer shall file a Notice of Intent with the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) and comply with the State General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated With <br /> Construction.Activity. <br /> c. The Waste Discharge Identification Number, issued by SWRCB, shall be submitted to Public <br /> Works prior tQ issuance of grading permits. Contact SWRCB at (916) 341-5547 for further <br /> information. <br /> d. The site shall be designed to contain the storm water runoff on the site and to prevent off-site <br /> sediment transport. <br /> e. The developer shall submit a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to Public Works <br /> for review. A SWPPP preparation guide is available at Public Works. A copy of the SWPPP shall <br /> be maintained on the construction site and presented to any County, State, or Federal employee <br /> on demand. The SWPPP on the site shall include all required records. Updates,`test results, and <br /> inspections. <br /> f. The developer shall provide facilities and meet the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards to prevent the increased runoff release rate of storm water from <br /> discharging onto other properties. Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain— <br /> link fence or1he equivalent when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required <br /> retention basin capacity shall be calculated by a registered civil engineer, licensed contractor, or <br /> licensed architect prior to the release of building permits. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> NOTE: This property is subject to the requirements of the San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector <br /> Control District(209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. Best Management Practices guidelines for storm water devices, ponds, and wetlands <br /> are available. ~ <br /> NOTE: All future'building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time <br /> of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements (Title 9, <br /> Chapter 9-1605)`" nd all requirements of the State of California (CCR Title 23)that are in force at the <br /> time of permit issuance. As an example, these requirements may include raising the finish floor <br /> elevation one foot above the expected flood level and/or using flood resistant materials. <br /> 3.
