This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP). Per requirements of the SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case- <br /> by-case review. This can be up to a 30-day process, and it is recommended that the project <br /> applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. It is also recommended that the project <br /> applicant obtain an information package. <br /> 5. MOSQUITO AND VECTOR CONTROL DISTRICT(Staff Contact: John Stroh, 982-4675) <br /> a. The applicant should incorporate mosquito prevention best management practices for the proposed <br /> on-site storm_water retention system (identified as Proposed Retention Basin, 2 AC Basin, Max. <br /> Depth 18")and related storm water retention infrastructure. <br /> 6. SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Sam Bologna, 249-4617) <br /> a. Based upon Review of the site plan, it appears that there is a pipeline located within the boundary of <br /> the proposed.project. Typically, the District requires that the existing facilities be replaced with a <br /> new reinforced concrete pipeline as a condition of approval. As such, the District is requesting that <br /> improvement?plans submitted to the District which provides specific details for proposed drainage <br /> and other suoh improvements which may affect District facilities and operations. This plan must be <br /> reviewed andsapproved by the District Engineering Department to determine the extent of <br /> improvements needed to District facilities in accordance with District policy. No building shall be <br /> allowed within the District's easement. <br /> b. Obtain an enp"roachment permit from the District for any proposed encroachment within any District <br /> easement. <br /> C.
