The Special Purpose Plan <br /> Water Master Plan is consistent with the City's Water Master Plan and <br /> facilities/infrastructure will be provided as needed. <br /> e) Result in a determination by the wastewater treatment provider which serves <br /> or may serve the project that it has adequate capacity to serve the project's <br /> projected demand in addition to the provider's existing commitments? <br /> Less than significant impact. As previously discussed in the Airport Master Plan <br /> F EIR, the City of Stockton will be able to accommodate the increased generation of <br /> wastewater associated with the <br /> proposed project. The water and wastewater Master <br /> Plans for the Special Purpose PIan are consistent with the City's Water and <br /> �' Wastewater Master PIan. Facilities/infrastructure will be provided as needed. <br /> f) Be served by a landfill with sufficient permitted capacity to accommodate the <br /> Fprojects's solid waste disposal needs? <br /> Less than significant impact. As discussed in the Airport Master Plan EIR, the <br /> County landfills have adequate capacity to accommodate the anticipated solid waste <br /> that would be generated by the proposed project. <br /> g) Comply with federal,state, and local statutes and regulations related to solid <br /> waste? <br /> No impact. The Special Purpose Plan will be in compliance with all statutes and <br /> regulations pertaining to solid waste. The County's Materials Source Reduction and <br /> Recycling Plans will apply to businesses locating in the Special Purpose Plan area. <br /> XVII. Mandatory Findings of Significance: <br /> F <br /> a) Does the project have the potential to degrade the quality of the environment, <br /> substantially reduce the habitat of a fish or wildlife species,cause a fish or wildlife population to drop below self-sustaining levels,threaten to eliminate a <br /> ' plant or animal community, reduce the number or restrict the range of a rare <br /> or endangered plant or animal,or eliminate important examples of the major <br /> proceeds of California history or prehistory? <br /> Less than significant impact. The proposed project will have no significant effect on <br /> ` the environment. 14 <br /> b) Does the project have impacts that are individually limited, but cumulatively <br /> considerable?
