Airport East <br /> This area is seen as the main business park and the <br /> activity hub of the airport. Encompassing nearly <br /> n550 acres along the Northeast side of the airport <br /> runways. It will include offices, research and devel- <br /> opment, light manufacturing,sales/service flex facili- <br /> ties, as well as a small amount of retail and support <br /> n service (day-care, hotel,gas station). In addition, <br /> there is the potential for a 50 plus acre working <br /> -- corporate campus. Key Map <br /> A major consideration in locating land use types <br /> within the Airport East area is the airport related <br /> use zone. Development occurring within this zone <br /> must be related to or make use of the airport facili- <br /> ties. Potential uses include air cargo,warehouse �O <br /> distribution,or a small corporate jet center. <br /> This area will have a high degree of visibility.
