General <br /> An evaluation has been made of the availability of and impact to existing utilities and <br /> public services required for the operation of the existing airport, for the forecast <br /> development of the airport, and for the commercial/industrial Iand on the airport. The <br /> major utilities considered in this report are domestic water, sewage, solid waste, natural <br /> gas, and.electricity. The major public services considered are police protection and fire <br /> protection. <br /> The water demand, sewage, and solid waste generation rates per unit of development have <br /> been obtained from the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works Standards and <br /> confirmed with other sources including State of California Department of Waste <br /> Management.
