n
The 2015 Proposed Project Phase 2 Interchange is the anticipated development scenario.
The Cumulative Project includes all future potential development on the airport. It will
be noted that for the 2015 Proposed Project Phase 2 Interchange the sewage generation
is 859,500 gpd and for the Cumulative Project is only 983,600 gpd. The 1,300,000 gpd
` sewage flow contracted for with the City is enough even with the anticipated sewage
generated in the Cumulative development. There is adequate capacity available to handle
all potential development on the airport so far as sewage disposal is concerned.
D. Solid Waste Generation
' Solid waste generated at the existing airport is currently disposed of at sanitary land fills
operated by the County of San Joaquin. One land fill is the Foothill Sanitary Land Fill
I located on Waverly Road east of Linden and another is the North County Land Fill
located at Harney Lane, 10 miles east of Lodi. These land fills have the capacity to
handle all solid waste generated by the County through the year 2050. The source of this
information is the County Solid Waste Manager and a report entitled, County Wide Siting
Element by San Joaquin County, Solid Waste Division, Public Works Department, County
of San Joaquin, dated April 1996. There are two additional land fills located east of the
airport - one operated by the City of Stockton and the second by a private company.
! Calculations of solid waste generation for four different scenarios are presented in Table
No. 8-5. The description of these scenarios is included in Chapter 4, Forecasts and
Aviation Demands.
TABLE N .5..
