Page.3-13. Uses of the EIR <br /> it <br /> Add to last paragraph: <br /> "In addition, if water and/or wastewater service is provided by the City of Stockton to other than 4-1 <br /> ' a public agency outside the City limits, LAFCO Out-of-Agency Service Review would be <br /> requii"ed. The other alternative would be to annex the affected area(s)to the City of Stockton." <br /> I= <br /> 2. Page 4-6. Conversion of Farmland <br /> i! <br /> The indication that mitigation measures for the conversion of farmland as "none available" is <br /> not an appropriate response. Mitigation measures which allow farmland to remain in A-z <br /> production until such time as development occurs (by phasing or sequenced expansion) T <br /> .G should be presented in the EIR. <br /> 3. Water and Wastewater Service <br /> 11 <br /> It should be indicated that pursuant to Government Code Section 56133, an Out-of-Agency <br /> f Service Review by LAFCO may be necessary should the City of Stockton provide water and/or 3 <br /> wastewater service to a private entity outside the City Limits.
