We counted <br /> the'building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building <br /> cluster has one septic'system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 12 <br /> septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. <br /> FJThe general use of the vicinity is residential property and farm.land. <br /> 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br /> The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at <br /> EHD on January 31, 2006: <br /> 3 <br /> F1 - - <br /> F! <br />
