PLANNING D(V�S1Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: SU-90-10 88 Lot Subdivision <br /> The San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District has <br /> Reviewed the Planning documents . <br /> The District has the following comments and <br /> recommendations : <br /> San Joaquin County' s air quality relative to National <br /> Ambient Air Quality Standards set forth in the Clean Air <br /> Act is as follows : <br /> Ozone - Non-attainment(possible SIP call area) <br /> PM-10 - Non-attainment <br /> CO - Nan--attainment ( for Stockton Metropolitan <br /> Statistical Area only) <br /> Emissions generated during the construction process are of <br /> concern to the District . The following dust control <br /> practices should be implemented: <br /> A) All material excavated or graded should be <br /> sufficiently watered to prevent excessive amounts of dust. <br /> Watering should occur at least twice daily with complete <br /> coverage, preferably in the late morning and after work is <br /> done for the day. <br /> B) All clearing , grading, earth moving or excavation <br /> activities shall cease during periods of high winds <br /> greater than 20 mph averaged over one hour, <br />
