A temporary <br /> retention pond will be allowed on Lots 58 , 59, 60, 61, <br /> 70, 71, 72, and 73 of -the tentative map to serve the <br /> subdivision prior to availability of the regional <br /> facility (Planning Title Section 9-9404) . <br /> f. The project shall be served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> - Public Health Services (Environmental Health Division) , <br /> the Department of Public Works, and the Linden County <br /> Water District. The system shall provide adequate <br /> domestic and fire water supply in conformance to the <br /> requirements of the County Fire Warden and the local fire <br /> district (Planning Title Sections 9-10200 and 9-10201) . <br /> g. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection <br /> And treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services (Environmental Health Division) , the Department <br /> of Public Works, and the Linden County Water District <br /> (Planning Title Sections 9-10100, 9-10101, and 9-10102) . <br /> Y <br /> h. -A "will serve" letter from the Linden County Water <br /> District shall be provided for the service of water and <br /> sewer. Annexation to the Linden County Water District <br /> shall be required prior to approval of the Final Map <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10002) . <br /> i. Street lighting shall be provided for the subdivision and <br /> along the frontage of Harrison Street (Planning Title <br /> } Section 9-9301) . <br /> j . The property shall annex to the Linden Street Lighting <br /> ° District prior to approval of the Final Map to provide <br /> for the operation and maintenance of street lighting <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10003) . <br /> k. A County Service Area shall be formed prior to the <br /> acceptance of the Final Map to provide for the operation, <br /> maintenance, and improvement of the storm drain system <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-10004) . <br /> 1.
