The trees cannot interfere <br /> with sight distances and setbacks. <br /> C. Trees shall be 5 gallons in size. <br /> 4 d. Trees shall be located so that at 15 years of age <br /> the crown will not encroach across side property <br /> lines. <br /> e. Trees shall be located a minimum of ten feet from <br /> driveways. <br /> f. Trees shall be located a minimum of four feet and <br /> a maximum of ten feet outside of the road right- <br /> of-way. <br /> ight- <br /> of-way. <br /> g. The planting of the required street trees may be <br /> F bonded along with the subdivision' s street <br /> improvements. Street trees on individual lots <br /> shall be planted prior to the issuance of the <br /> Certificate of Occupancy for each lot' s <br /> residence. <br /> 5. No obstruction in excess of three (3) feet in height above <br /> the crown of the lower of the two intersecting streets shall <br /> be placed on any corner lot within a triangular area formed <br /> by the street property lines and a line connecting them at <br /> points thirty (30) feet from the intersection of the street <br /> lines. (Section 9-3233 (h) of the Planning Title) <br /> 6. All street names shall be approved by the Director. <br /> 7 . A six (6) foot high, solid wall or fence shall be <br /> constructed along the north, west, and south boundaries of <br /> the project to buffer the adjacent agricultural and cemetery <br /> uses from the subdivision' s residences. The Fencing Plan <br /> shall be submitted to the Director for approval prior to <br /> recordation of the final map. Construction may be bonded <br /> and phased to coincide with the construction of the <br /> subdivision's streets. <br /> { <br />
