The structures on Lots 71, 72 , 75, 76, 113 , and 114 of the <br /> vesting tentative map shall be removed prior to the <br /> recordation of the final map. <br /> M 9. The lot lines around the existing residence on Lot 134 of <br /> the vesting tentative map. shall reflect the setback <br /> requirements of the R1-8 zone. The location of the <br /> residence and the setbacks shall be shown on the Improvement <br /> Plan. <br /> NOTE: The applicant has indicated that the subdivision will <br /> likely include bike lanes, as requested by the Air <br /> Pollution Control Distract. In order to accommodate <br /> this use, the Department of Public Works may require <br /> wider streets in the subdivision. If this is the case, <br /> a revised tentative map will have to be submitted for <br /> review by appropriate staff prior to the public <br /> hearing. Staff will discuss this matter with the <br /> ' applicant at the Development Committee meeting on <br /> Wednesday, September 11, 1991. <br /> Staff will also ask the applicant for a status report <br /> on efforts to mitigate the subdivision' s impacts on the <br /> facilities of the Linden Unified School District. <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> 1. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, as <br /> prescribed in Section 9-9621 of the Planning Title, the <br /> developer shall contribute fees of equivalent value as <br /> defined in Section 9--9264 . Arrangements for, the payment of <br /> the fees shall be approved by County Counsel prior to Final <br /> I Map recordation. <br /> i COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from any <br /> claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its <br /> j agents, officers, or employees to attack, set aside, void, <br /> or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, <br /> which action is brought within the time provided for in. <br /> Section 66499 . 37 of the Government Code. <br />
