Montle Vista Drive , lone Street, Maria Court , Angelo Court , <br /> Pic Court, Stapels Way , Amelia Way , and Angelo Drive shall be <br /> dedicated and unproved to County Standards for 50-foot <br /> right-of-way urban subdivision streets . <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9135 ) <br /> 4 . Harrison Street shall be improved to the subdivi2ion side to <br /> County standards for a 60-foot right--of-way urban subdivision <br /> { :street . (Planning Title Section 9-9135 ) <br /> 5 . A drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements <br /> of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the <br /> subdivision . The drainage system shall conform to the Master <br /> Storm Drainage Plan 27A. A temporary r. eten►_ion pond will be <br /> allowed on Lots 58 , 59 , 60, 61 , 70, 71 , 72 , & 73 of the <br /> Tentative maps to serve the subdivision prior to regional <br /> facility is available subject to the following provisions : <br /> (a ) <br /> Temporary pond to be maintained by the developer , <br /> ( b ) The developer shall enter into an agreement with San <br /> I Joaquin County relative to the maintenance of the <br /> temporary pond . <br /> (c ) Security , acceptable to San Joaquin County , shall be <br /> provided to insure maintenance of the temporary pond <br /> and restoration of Pio Court and Lots 58, 59 , 60, 61 , <br /> 70, 71 , 72. , n 73 . <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9404 ) <br /> 6 . The project shall by served by a public water system <br /> conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Public Health Services-Environmental Services Division, <br /> the Department of Public_ Works and the Linden County Water <br /> District . The system shall provide adequate domestic and <br /> ,fire water supply in conformance to the requirements of the <br /> County Fire Warden and the .local Fite Disttict . <br /> ,( Planning Title Section 9-10200, 9-10201 ) <br /> I 7 . ;The project shall be served by a public sewer -collection and <br /> treatment system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public_ Health <br /> Services-Environmental Services Division , the Department <br /> of Public Work and the Linden County Water District . The <br /> capacity of the existing sewer plant shall be verified by the <br /> ,district. (Planning Title Section 9-10100, 9--1.0101 , 9--10102 ) <br /> R . A "Will Serve" letter from the Linden County Water District <br /> shall be provided for the services of water and sewer . <br /> ( Planning Title Section 9-10002 ) <br />
