San Joaquin County Planning Department <br /> May 14, 1991 <br /> Page 2 of 2 ` <br /> The District does,, not currently have capacity to provide <br /> sewer service to that portion of the Property which is out of <br /> District , and has recently expanded its sewer treatment <br /> facilities pursuant to order of the State water Resources Control <br /> Board to provide sufficient capacity for development within the <br /> existing District boundaries.
