It is <br /> recognized that the 133-lot subdivision will generate additional students who will attend <br /> Linden schools. i�The agreement calls for a fee of$14,222 per unit to be paid to the District <br /> which is a total sum of $1.95$,000 paid up front to allow the District to make improvements <br /> to their facilities: A Mello Roos District has been set up for this project to assist in <br /> financing the school mitigation fees as well as other overall infrastructure improvements. <br /> SUMMARY <br /> This Special Purpose Report contains the information related to infrastructure improvements <br /> and mitigation of impact created by this project.
