The degree of that effect has not been <br /> determinedfl-at this point and can only be determined by further <br /> analysis. <br /> The project' s impact on the Linden School District has not yet been <br /> determined,j however that impact may be mitigated through <br /> negotiations with the school district. <br /> In order to proceed with the proposed subdivision, the following <br /> shall be submitted with the formal application for Major <br /> Subdivision`: <br /> A revised tentative map (on one sheet) showing required <br /> pharcel sizes and widths for all lots, the parcel <br /> configuration shown on the Assessor 's Map, the extension <br /> of Alfalfa and Ione Streets, the elimination of the Tone <br /> Street stub, a temporary turnaround at the west end of <br /> Monte Vista Drive, restricted access as noted, secondary <br /> access (with temporary turnaround) to APN 091-280-39) ; <br /> and a vicinity map; <br /> Traffic Study that analyze the project's impacts on local <br /> intersections and roadways (including State Route 26) and <br /> identifies the, appropriate mitigation measures to reduce <br /> the impacts to less than significant levels; <br /> A; Will-Service letter form the Linden County Water <br /> District for the provision of water and sewage disposal; <br /> A,� preliminary soils report; <br /> A� detailed discussion of the proposed means of storm <br /> water drainage; <br /> Evidence of an agreement with the Linden School District ' <br /> on a means to. mitigate the project's impacts on local <br /> school facilities; and <br />
