9-315.1 <br /> CHAPTER 9.315 <br /> f RESIDENTIAL ZONES: DENSITY BONUS <br /> Sections: <br /> 9-315.1 Intent. <br /> 9-315.2 Requirements. <br /> 9-3153 Maximum Allowable Densities. <br /> 9-315.4 Incentives. <br /> 9-315.5 Written Finding That Incentive <br /> Not Needed. <br /> 9-315.6 Request for.Density Bonus. <br /> 9-315.7 Guarantees for Continued <br /> Affordability. <br /> Tables: <br /> 9-315.3 Maximum Allowable Densities. <br /> 9-315.1 INTENT. <br /> The intent of this Chapter is to provide a method by <br /> which residential developments which provide affordable <br /> housing shall receive a density bonus and incentive pur- <br /> suant to Section 65915 of the Government Code. <br /> (Ord. 3675, 3756) <br /> 9-315.2 REQUIREMENTS. <br /> Residential developments which provide affordable <br /> housing shall receive a twenty-five (25) percent density <br /> bonus plus an additional incentive if the proposed project <br /> will create at least one of the following: <br /> (a) twenty (20)percent of the dwelling units afford- <br /> able to low income households; <br /> (b) ten (10)percent of the dwelling units affordable <br /> to very low income households; or <br /> (c) fifty(50)percent of the dwelling units for senior <br /> citizens. <br /> (Ord. 3675, 3788) <br /> 9-3153 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE <br /> DENSITIES. <br /> The development shall not exceed the maximum al- <br /> lowable residential densities specified in Table 9-315.3 <br /> by General Plan Residential Land Use designation. <br /> (Ord. 3675) <br /> 363 <br />
