PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> (a) Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> (b) Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> (a) All sewer connection, sewer tap and encroachment fees <br /> shall be paid to the City of Stockton Public Works <br /> Department prior to the issuance of a Building Permit. <br /> If not already installed, provide separate sewer laterals <br /> for each newly created parcel. <br /> 4 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> (a) The parcels shall each contain a minimum of six thousand <br /> (6, 000) square feet. (Development Title Section 9-310. 3) <br /> (b) The parcels shall each have a minimum width of sixty (60) <br /> feet. (Section 9-310. 4) <br /> (c) Future development on the site shall be consistent with <br /> the provisions of Section 9-1025. 9 (Noise Ordinance) of <br /> the Development Title that area effective at the time the <br /> Parcel Map is submitted to the County Surveyor. <br /> 5 . COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> (a) Pursuant to Section 66474 . 9 of the government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
