f. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities,including storage areas for trash,shall be enclosed by <br /> a screen six (6) to eight (8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of a <br /> dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet above the <br /> adjacent screen. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> (2) A visual screen higher than eight (8) feet may be provided along the southern property line <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][4]). LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) if the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
