ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be.shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have-a width of.no less than twenty five;(25) feet for two way:aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways deSigrsated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. {Development`Title Section 9 <br /> 1015.5[h][1]) <br /> h. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and'security.lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) <br /> Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided,'hbweVer; that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5jg][4]), <br /> i. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for 'trash, shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight(8) feet in height. Items stored within one hundred (100) <br /> feet of a dedicated street or residential zone shall not be stacked higher than two (2) feet <br /> above the adjacent screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4[e][2][A]) <br /> j. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) A grading pian shall be submitted and approved and a grading permit issued by the building <br /> Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material. <br /> (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space shall be located as close as possible <br /> to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> (3) Provide, identification signs for the parking space including the "tow away" sign a each <br /> entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R.,Title 24) <br /> (4) The slope of'a parking space shall not exceed % inch per foot(C.C.R., Title.24) <br /> (5) Provide one van parking space. <br /> (6) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R., Title 24) <br /> Uniform Plumbing Code, Table 4-1. <br /> 2.
