CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-13 <br /> Olagaray <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-00-13 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on March 15,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on September 14, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Tina Wehrmeister,468-8477) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,ora Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. IMPROVEMENT PLAN: Prior to development of non-agricultural structures on Parcel 2, an <br /> Improvement Plan application for a private right-of--way shall be filed with and approved by the <br /> Community Development Department. Afee is required to process the Improvement Plan <br /> (Deve lopmen t Title Section 9-872.2[c]).
