The agricultural well(s) must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches.
