Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> B. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> • Install cement surface seal around well casing to sufficiently protect well casing <br /> the integrity of well grout. <br /> C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed-for and that the leach field area will by barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> D. If floor drains are required,they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above <br /> ground holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division.
