The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> C. A minimum of 7 parking spaces shall be provided, including one space for the physically <br /> handicapped (.67 spaces are required for every each employee). (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.3) <br /> d. All parking spaces,driveways,and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland <br /> cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be <br /> provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5) <br /> e. Submit an Improvement Plan, prepared by a registered civil engineer, showing drainage, <br /> driveway access details,on-site parking, landscaping,signs,driveway gates,existing and <br /> proposed utility services, and grading. Storm drainage runoff.snail be retained on the <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for approval. <br /> A plan check fee will be required. (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> f. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) Exterior walls less than 20 feet from a property line shall be constructed of one- <br /> Mhour, fire-resistive material. <br /> (2) Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements.
