V <br /> (3) The floor area of the work shop (H-4 occupancy) shall be served by one or more <br /> floor drains that shall drain to ari approved grease and oil separator. The <br /> separator shall have prior approval by Public Health Services (Environmental <br /> Health Division) before submittal to the Building Inspection Division for permits, <br /> and the separator shall meet all the criteria for hazardous waste generation. <br /> l <br /> g. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (1) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The spaces shall be located as close <br /> as possible to the primary entrance. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (2) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including the'tow away'sign, <br /> at each entrance or visible from each space. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> (3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot. (CCR, Title 24) <br /> h. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wail of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed Public Works <br /> design standards (UFC, Section 10.203). The access road must be fully improved to <br /> these standards prior to any final inspection. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee currently is $188.81 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted ,July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record. (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-174) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system at the time <br /> any chemicals are added to plants on the premises. (California Code of Regulations,Title <br /> 17, Section 7603) <br /> b. Should the number of nonresident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system under the provisions of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, will be <br /> required by the Environmental Health Division and Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 <br /> and 9-1115.9. <br /> C' If hazardous materials are stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - SA-94-47 <br />
