Conditions of Approval <br /> DC-92-2 <br /> Page 3 <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for <br /> this development. The fee is due and payable at the time <br /> of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2,813 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Stockton <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) (Resolution <br /> R-90-304, R-91-1.025) <br /> C. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within <br /> the road right-of--way. (Street and Highway Title Section <br /> 10-3103) <br /> d. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The <br /> fee is currently $1, 069. 00 per single family dwelling <br /> unit. If there is no building permit required, the fee <br /> will be exempt.
