All <br /> driveways and parking areas shall be constructed and <br /> available for use prior to occupancy of any units within <br /> the Dwelling Cluster. <br /> i. storm Drainage. Additional storm water runoff resulting <br /> from the approved use shall be retained on site. Details <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> j . Landscaping. All areas not used for buildings, <br /> structures, driveways, parking, agriculture or recreation <br /> purposes shall be landscaped. Such landscaping shall be <br /> permanently maintained. Landscaping and irrigation <br /> details shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> k. Ownership. The gift, sale, trade or barter of any <br /> original lot, lots or parcel of land, or portion thereof, <br /> on which theDwelling Cluster has been developed, which <br /> results in a conditions which does not meet the terms of <br /> this Title, shall be considered a violation of this <br /> Title. <br /> 1. The mobilehome and carport shown as "to be removed" on <br /> the Site Plan shall 'be removed under Demolition Permit <br /> from the Building Inspection Division 1, prior to the <br /> issuance of any Building Permits for the approved use. <br /> M. Animal Standards. Except for movement on and off the <br /> property, animal shall not be kept or maintained in <br /> coops, pens, corrals of less than one-half (1/2) acre, <br /> barns, or similar structures closer than forty (40) feet <br /> from any rear or side property line. <br /> i <br /> n. Inoperable vehicles shall either be removed from the site <br /> z or brought into compliance with Section !� 9-1040 of the <br /> 1 <br /> a. If a new driveway is constructed within the right-of-way <br /> of Ash Street it shall consist of 1 and 1/2 inches of <br /> asphalt concrete over 6 inches of aggregate base from the <br /> existing pavement of Ash Street to the right-ef-way <br /> line.
