No . 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi , California 95240 <br /> Phone: (209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject : Soil Suitability Study for the Troy and Joann Baker <br /> property to establish a cluster dwelling classification <br /> on a parcel of about 1 .5 acres at 3515 South Ash Street , <br /> Stockton, California 95206 , to allow the permanent placing <br /> of a two bedroom dwelling on the parcel . There is a <br /> home already established on this existing parcel and the <br /> proposed two bedroom home placement would be an additional <br /> homesite on the property. <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> Sail Profile and Percolation tests conducted on the Troy and Joann <br /> B property ra ert located in San Joaquin Y <br /> at 3515 South Ash p Y <br /> Count <br /> Street , Stockton, California 95206 . <br /> Existing Septic System: <br /> Existing San Joaquin County Records were reviewed for the <br /> subject property as well as the area in the immediate vicinity of <br /> Y <br /> the subject property.ro ert Two permits <br /> were found for the subject <br /> p P <br /> property. A total of eleven permits were studied covering the <br /> subject property as well as the other properties in the general <br /> area . Four (4) permits were for leach line installations . Five (5) <br /> permits were for a combination of leach lines with pits at the end <br /> of each line. Two of the five permits for installing leach lines <br /> with pits at the end of each line were for the subject property and <br /> no failures were noted after their installation. Two (2) permits <br /> were for the repair of already installed systems . These septic <br /> systems were installed between August 16 , 1952 and September 7 , <br /> 1988 . <br /> Existing Land Use: <br /> The land immediately adjacent to , and south and west , of the <br /> subject parcel is presently undeveloped with only natural wild <br /> grasses growing on it . Properties adjacent to, and north and east <br /> of the subject parcel , are all developed and have home sites on <br /> them. The subject parcel presently has an existing homesite and a <br /> Troy and Joann Baker 2 <br />
