MICHAEL'S CHURCH <br /> 5882 NORTH ASHLEY LANE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> f Dear Father Walker: <br /> Kleinfelder is pleased to present the results of our soil suitability and nitrate loading <br /> studies for the subject project. The Assessor's Parcel Number of the property is 087- <br /> 183-47. A parcel map is presented on Plate 1. The purpose of our studies was to <br /> determine the suitability of the site for the expansion of the existing septic tank. The <br /> studies were performed in general accordance to the requirements of Section 9- <br /> 10100@ of San Joaquin County Ordinance. The following includes background <br /> information regarding the proposed development, past and present uses of the site, <br /> f" existing septic tank performance and permitting, and the groundwater conditions in the <br /> project area. In addition, discussions regarding our investigative procedures and the <br /> - site conditions encountered during our field exploration and the results of our <br /> percolation test and nitrate loading calculations are presented. Finally, our project <br /> limitations are provided. <br /> 1. SITE DESCRIPTION 1 PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> �I <br /> At the time of our study, the existing church, its parking lot, a storage building, etc. <br /> were located on the northern portion of the subject 4.91-acre parcel. Debris covered <br /> } the central part of the property, south of the existing storage, with the southern portion <br /> consisting of an empty field covered by weeds and grass. The property was bounded <br /> ! # by Ashley Lane to the west and neighboring properties to the east and south. Several <br /> trees covered the perimeter and the central portion of the property. No structures, <br /> wells, or septic systems are known to exist on the project site which is located on the <br /> southern portion of the property. The existing parcel is zoned AL-5 (Limited <br /> Agriculture).
