The owner shall grant easements of sufficient width for <br /> all District facilities which may exist on subject <br /> property to serve as a replacement for any prescriptive <br /> and/or unrecorded easements that are present. All <br /> existing recorded or newly dedicated District easements <br /> shall be shown on the survey map prior to its recording. <br /> d. If the homesite area is lower than adjacent property, a <br /> permanent berm or ditch will need to be constructed <br /> around the homesite parcel to prevent accidental flooding <br /> from irrigation waters. Property owner shall either <br /> verify field elevations or submit a written statement to <br /> District indicating that property in question is not <br /> subject to flooding from adjacent irrigated property. <br /> e. A copy of the Parcel Map shall be provided to the <br /> District Engineering Department for review to ensure that <br /> the above conditions have been satisfied. <br /> 5. MANTECA-LATHROP FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. Project shall conform with the Uniform Fire Code and <br /> Standards. <br /> b. Project shall conform with, if applicable, the National <br /> Fire Protection Association Standards. <br /> C. Project shall conform with San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> d. Fire Department Development Fee' s be paid in accordance <br /> with the San Joaquin County Ordinance and Resolutions <br /> adopting the fee schedule. Industrial/Commercial at $. 21 <br /> per square foot. Single family, multi-family and mobile <br /> homes at $. 19 per square foot. <br /> e. Provide Fire Department access road as required by San <br /> Joaquin County Public Works Standard. <br />
