The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on <br /> Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> d. Construction an individual domestic water well on Parcel <br /> 1 under a well permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. San Joaquin <br /> county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> e. On designated remainder, parcel refuse, garbage and other <br /> solid waste material must be stored, removed, and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400 . <br /> f . The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: Raise well <br /> casing to not less than twelve inches above ground level <br /> and install a concrete surface seal around casing not <br /> less than twelve inches around well casing. <br /> 4 . SOUTH SAN JOAQUIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The owner shall execute the necessary documents and <br /> agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and <br /> the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels <br /> which will not continue to receive irrigation water. <br /> b. If irrigation and or drainage service is to continue, the <br /> appropriate private irrigation easements shall be <br /> provided. For private irrigation easements, place the <br /> following note on map near the location of the easement: <br /> "A size - foot wide private irrigation easement shall <br /> be conveyed across (lots) (parcels) (nos) at the time of <br /> conveyance. Pipeline to be installed at owner' s <br /> expense. " <br />
