This parcel is intended for use as floodplain containment. <br /> • An approximately 10-acre parcel, located directly south of the triangular parcel, <br /> proposed to be filled with waste as part of the proposed project. The northern portion of <br /> • this area contain the Ameresco Landfill Gas to Energy Plant (sub-area F on Figure <br /> • III.0-3). <br /> • • An approximately 11-acre easement along the South Fork of South Littlejohns Creek <br /> • (sub-area G on Figure III.0-3). This area is proposed to be filled with waste as part of <br /> • the project and would be replaced by an approximately 11-acre easement for the <br /> realigned reach of the creek, located along the southern border of the landfill. <br /> • An approximately 16-acre easement for the relocated North Fork of South Littlejohns <br /> Creek (sub-area C on Figure IILC-3). The North Fork previously traversed the northern <br /> • portion of the existing landfill,but was relocated to the north boundary of the existing <br /> • landfill, as part of the previously approved expansion of the former Austin Road <br /> • Sanitary Landfill. <br /> • Easements for Newcastle and Austin Roads of approximately 2 acres each, on land <br /> • owned by Forward, Inc.
