Prior to the release of the improvement plan, a Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment Permit will be required for all work done on the Creek, which will require an endorsement by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. f) All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure, including conversion of existing structures, in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b), and (0)- g) Prior to release of the improvement plan, the applicant shall submit a plan outlining compliance with California regulations on "Mandatory Commercial Organics Recycling" (AB-1826) and "Short- Lived Climate Pollutants (SLOP): Organic Waste Methane Emissions Reductions"(SB-1383).
