Retention basins shall be fenced with six (6) foot high chain link fence <br /> or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin <br /> capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, <br /> prior to release of the grading permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> b) A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of the improvement plan. <br /> c) Permit Registration Documents (PRO's) shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control <br /> Board (SWRCB) to comply with the State "General Permit for Storm Water Discharges <br /> Associated with Construction Activity". The Waste Discharge Identification (W DID) Number <br /> issued by SWRCB shall be submitted to the Department of Public Works for the file. Contact <br /> SWRCB at(916) 341-5537 for further information. Coverage under the SWRCB General <br /> Construction Permit Order 2009-0009-DWQ shali-be maintained throughout the duration of all <br /> phases of the project. <br /> d) Prior to release of the improvement plan or any physical alteration or relocation of the South Fork <br /> of South Littlejohns Creek, a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) shall be prepared per <br /> Code of Federal Regulations; Title 44, Sections 55.3 and 65.7 requirements and approved by the <br /> Federal Emergency Management Agency. Within six months of completion of creek relocation <br /> work, the applicant shall apply to FEMA for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMB)_ LOMR officially <br /> revises the current Flood Insurance Rate Map to show changes to floodplains, floodways, or flood <br /> elevations. <br /> e) The project is located along a segment of the South and the North Forks of South Littlejohns <br /> Greek, which is a regulated stream per California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Table 8.1. Prior <br /> to the release of the improvement plan, a Central Valley Flood Protection Board Encroachment <br /> Permit will be required for all work done on the Creek, which will require an endorsement by the <br /> San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District. <br /> f) All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure, including conversion of <br /> existing structures, in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or floodproofed in <br /> accordance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1605.12 (a), (b), and (0)- <br /> g) Prior to release of the improvement plan, the applicant shall submit a plan outlining compliance <br /> with California regulations on "Mandatory Commercial Organics Recycling" (AB-1826) and "Short- <br /> Lived Climate Pollutants (SLOP): Organic Waste Methane Emissions Reductions"(SB-1383). <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito & Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes.
