It is currently anticipated that <br /> the equipment required for this upgrade process would be located in the region of the former <br /> Covanta LFGTE plant,which was located near the western property boundary just south of the <br /> realigned north creek.The operational need for the LFGTE upgrade is independent of the <br /> proposed expansion. <br />
