The 2016 Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Update (dated May 2016) included <br /> relocation and extension of Runway 11R-29R. In October 2016, the Airport Layout Plan <br /> (ALP) for Stockton Metropolitan Airport was revised.The primary revision was the ' <br /> elimination of modifications to the location and length of Runway 11R-29L.To reflect <br /> this,the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan was amended in February 2018.This <br /> revision to the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan does not change any of the <br /> environmental conclusions of the DSEIR;however, the revisions below incorporate the <br /> February 2018 amendment to the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan. <br /> The first sentence of the first full paragraph of page IV.A-11 of the DSEIR is revised as ' <br /> follows (additions underlined, deletions shown in ): <br /> An Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Update for Stockton Metropolitan ' <br /> Airport was adopted by the County in May 2016 (Coffman Associates, 2016), and <br /> amended in February 2018(Coffman Associates,2018). 1 <br /> The following entry is added to Page VII-3 of Chapter VII References and Persons <br /> Contacted,immediately after"Coffman Associates,Inc.,Airport Land Use Compatibility ' <br /> Plan Update for Stockton Metropolitan Airport,May 2016" (additions underlined, <br /> deletions shown in strikethroug ): <br /> Coffman Associates,Inc.,Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Update for ' <br /> Stockton Metropolitan Airport,May 2016 Amended February 2018. <br /> The comment that Mitigation Measure A4 addresses San Joaquin Council of <br /> Governments staff's concern regarding wildlife hazards is noted. <br /> The Planning Commission, in its decision on the proposed project,may choose to ' <br /> require the Conditions of Approval suggested in the comment. <br /> F-3.
