C� <br /> Description of the Site: <br /> The existing site is one parcel, APN #203-190-06, in San Joaquin County. The total size of the <br /> parcel is 160.18 acres, with 140 acres currently used for farming. The addition-of corrals, <br /> structures, and lagoons will remove 10 acres from the farming operation for phase one. Seven, <br /> four, and four acres respectively will be removed from the farming operation for phases two; three, <br /> and four, for a total of 16 acres. Final configuration of the parcel will be 115 acres cropping fields, <br /> and 45 acres dairy production site. <br /> Surrounding parcels are all in agricultural uses. <br /> Refer to Topographical Maps, Appendix A. <br /> Rainfall <br /> l+ <br /> The average annual rainfall in the area is purported to be 12 inches 25.
