C� Description of the Site: The existing site is one parcel, APN #203-190-06, in San Joaquin County. The total size of the parcel is 160.18 acres, with 140 acres currently used for farming. The addition-of corrals, structures, and lagoons will remove 10 acres from the farming operation for phase one. Seven, four, and four acres respectively will be removed from the farming operation for phases two; three, and four, for a total of 16 acres. Final configuration of the parcel will be 115 acres cropping fields, and 45 acres dairy production site. Surrounding parcels are all in agricultural uses. Refer to Topographical Maps, Appendix A. Rainfall l+ The average annual rainfall in the area is purported to be 12 inches 25. Although most of the irrigation fields are also located in areas designated zone C (minimal flooding), 100-year and 500-year flood areas exist on site, north, northeast, and southwest of the dairy production area.
