CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-72 <br /> o. Water meters shall be installed prior to all water <br /> services. (Board of Supervisors Order B-91-650) <br /> p. An offer of dedication of groundwater rights is <br /> required. <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The sewage disposal systems shall comply with the rules <br /> and regulations of San Soaquin County Ordinance No. 549 <br /> prior to parcel map approval. A percolation test and a <br /> sewage disposal area as determined by the percolation <br /> test are required for Environmental Health Division <br /> approval. A permit for the percolation test from the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on each <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> Development. A dual system shall required. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. Prior to recordation of the Parcel Map, a <br /> letter from the water supplier will be required which <br /> states that they have the capacity to serve the <br /> development and that the system meets State standards. <br /> 3 . BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. This road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed design standards of the <br /> Department of Public Works (Section 10.203 UFC) . The <br /> access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br />
