CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS--92-72 <br /> g. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet <br /> the requirements of the County and to provide adequate <br /> drainage for the subdivision. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) <br /> h. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County <br /> of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and <br /> specifications must be approved by the County of San <br /> Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of <br /> the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> i. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Parcel Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San <br /> Joaquin to ensure the completion of improvements within <br /> one year after filling the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) <br /> j . Street lighting shall be provided for the frontage of <br /> "B" Street and Mackville Road. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) <br /> k. The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 43 <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map to provide for the <br /> operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm <br /> drainage, water, and street lighting facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100. 4) <br /> 1. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance <br /> with County standards for the purpose of determining <br /> the R-Value for the design of the roads. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.2) <br /> M. All utilities shall be underground except power <br /> transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. Public <br /> utility easements shall be provided along the road <br /> frontage of the subdivision and as required by the <br /> public utility companies. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1155. 2) <br /> n. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the <br /> Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San <br /> Joaquin County standards, and they shall be shown on <br /> the improvement plans. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br />
