CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS--92-72 g. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Development Title Section 9-1135.2) h. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) i. If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Parcel Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin to ensure the completion of improvements within one year after filling the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100.3) j . Street lighting shall be provided for the frontage of "B" Street and Mackville Road. (Development Title Section 9-1150. 11) k. The property shall annex to County Service Area No. 43 prior to approval of the Parcel Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, and improvement of storm drainage, water, and street lighting facilities. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 4) 1. A Preliminary Soils Report is required in accordance with County standards for the purpose of determining the R-Value for the design of the roads. (Development Title Section 9-910.2) M. All utilities shall be underground except power transmission facilities of 35 KV or greater. Public utility easements shall be provided along the road frontage of the subdivision and as required by the public utility companies. (Development Title Section 9-1155. 2) n. All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County standards, and they shall be shown on the improvement plans.
