The sewage disposal systems shall comply with the rules and regulations of San Joaquin- <br /> County Ordinance No. 549 prior to parcel map approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are required for Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation test from the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required. <br /> b. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on each parcel under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of Development. A dual <br /> system shall be required. <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. Prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map, a letter from the water suppller will be required which states that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road. This road shall be constructed to meet or exceed design standards <br /> of the Department of Public Works (Section 10.203 UFC).
