All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map. (Planning Tale Section 9-9135) <br /> L If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the approval of the Parcel <br /> Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin to <br /> ensure the completion of improvements within one year after filing the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9133) <br /> j. Street lighting shall be provided for the frontage of 'B' Street and Mackville Road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9301) <br /> k. Prior to recordation <br /> of the Parcel Map, a letter from the water supplier will be required which states that they <br /> have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards. <br /> 3. BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION: <br /> a. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new development constructed when <br /> any portion of an exterior wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet from the <br /> public access road.
