V <br /> k <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-92-72 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance <br /> Requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> The Tentative Map will expire two years from the approval date. <br /> f <br /> i. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> E a. A Parcel Map is required. (Planning Title Section 9-9112) f <br /> i <br /> 'b. :' Dedication is required for a 30-foot-wide right-of-way from the centerline of Mackville Road 1 <br /> to the property line across the frontage of APN 019-220-10. (Planning Trtle Sections 9- <br /> 9430 and 9-9431) <br /> c. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Planning Title Section 9- <br /> 9184) <br /> d. Public water service shall be required prior to recordation of the <br /> Parcel Map. (Planning Trtle Sections 9-10200 and 9-10201) <br /> l A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and <br /> g � `Y <br /> to provide adequate drainage for the subdivision. (Planning Title Section 9-9404), ; <br /> h. Ail improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. . All improvement plans and specifications <br /> must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> i` approval of the Parcel Map.
