The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to approval of the Parcel Map. Construct an individual domestic water well on all <br /> parcels under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> San Joaquin county Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on all <br /> parcels under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> e. The well shall be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division as follows: The well <br /> discharge pipe shall be plumbed over the top of the <br /> standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge <br /> pipe air gap. from top of the standpipe, or install San <br /> Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. All parcels shall have a minimum width of 100 feet. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-4010. 11b} ) <br /> b.
