She indicated to the best of her knowledge there has not been a gasoline station, motor repair facility, commercial printing facility, dry cleaners, photo developing laboratory, junkyard, landfill, waste treatment, storage, disposal, processing or recycling facility located on the property or the adjacent properties. She did not have any knowledge of environmental liens or government notifications relating to past or recurrent violations of environmental laws and indicated she did not have knowledge of past or current existence of hazardous substances or petroleum products with respect to the property of any facility located on the property. Ms. Katzakian did not indicate whether there were transformers or capacitors on the property known to contain PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls) or which may have been manufactured before 1980 and whose PCB content is unknown. Ms. Katzakian indicated water is provided to the property by a well. She indicated waste water disposal is provided via an onsite septic system. She also indicated wastewaters, liquid wastes and solid wastes are not generated on the property. She indicated farming activities only may generate air pollutants on the property. Ms. Katzakian indicated there is one residence under construction on the property. She indicated the residence will be heated and cooled with central heat and air and a wood burning fireplace. She described the property as approximately forty-eight acres of Eureka walnuts. To the best of her knowledge, Ms. Katzakian indicated there has not been stains or foul odors located or emitting from any flooring, drains or walls located within the facilities that may be from substances other than water or are emitting foul odors. Ms. Katzakian indicated to the best of her knowledge there are no storage tanks and other chemical storage on the property currently or in the past. She was not aware of any spills, leaks or chemical releases on the property. She indicated the property has not been used for industrial purposes. She indicated the property is and has been used for agricultural purposes. She indicated pesticides have been applied to the property but have not been mixed, rinsed, disposed or formulated on the property. She was not aware of soil or groundwater analysis performed on the property to detect chemicals. 3.0 PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION 3.1 Research Methods NOA employs a standard practice for review of database information. On a street map showing the location of the subject property, a circle is drawn one-quarter mile out from the property boundaries, and street maps or web-based mapping services are then used to determine address ranges for all streets within the quarter mile.
