No structures are apparent on the <br /> property in these photos. The surrounding properties appear to be used for agriculture as well, <br /> with relatively few changes. <br /> In the 2010 photo, the subject property continues to be used for agriculture, and a residence <br /> has been added to the east side of the property. The surrounding properties appear to be used <br /> for agriculture as well, with an additional residence to the west. <br /> These photos are included in Appendix C of this report. NOA's ability to interpret the land <br /> uses is limited by the scale and quality of the photos. <br /> 2.3 United States Geological Survey Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangle depicting the subject property is the U.S. Geological Survey, <br /> Stockton, California, quadrangle map. One 7.5-minute map dated 1968, was obtained from <br /> Microsoft Terraserver. <br /> In the 1968 map, the subject property is depicted as an orchard. A well is depicted at the <br /> northern property boundary. The property is located approximately sixty five feet above mean <br /> sea level. Surrounding properties appear to be orchards and open land with Baker Road to the <br /> south. <br /> This map is included in Appendix C of this report. <br /> 2.4 Interviews <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. An Environmental <br /> Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by Emily Katzakian, CFO of J & A Solari <br /> on February 2, 2009. On January 27, 2015 Ms. Karzakian was interviewed by phone, and she <br /> stated nothing has changed on the property in five years, other than the completion of building <br /> the home. A copy of the responses has been included in this report as Appendix D. <br /> In her responses to the questionnaire from 2009, Ms. Katzakian indicated a title report or <br /> environmental report have not been prepared for the property. She indicated the proposed <br /> future use of property will be for a home and continued orchard use. She was not aware of any <br /> environmental liens or land use limitations recorded against the property. She indicated she did <br /> not have specialized knowledge or experience relating to environmental conditions on the <br /> property. <br /> Ms. Katzakian indicated there was no other purpose for the completion of this SSCR, beyond <br /> satisfying San Joaquin County requirements for parcel division. Ms. Katzakian indicated Andrew <br /> P. Solari, Kathleen A. Solari, Peter G. Katzakian and Emily K. Katzakian are the current property <br /> owners.
